AOCA admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin. The school does notdiscriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in the administration of its educational programs.
Procedures for All New Students Applying for Admission:
In addition to completing the application, each applicant is responsible for furnishing the following items:
A $250.00 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the application.
A Tuition Agreement Form must be signed and returned.
A current or most recent report card (copy).
Provide a Birth Certificate (copy).
Provide a Social Security card (copy).
Provide a Social Security card (copy).
Immunization card or health record (copy).
Previous school records
People’s Each applicant should schedule a visit and tour of the school with the Principal. All of the items above need to be submitted to the Principal prior to the student’s interview and placement test.
All new students will be administered a Diagnostic Test. Before final acceptance is made all of the above information will be review
Students currently attending AOCA will be given re-enrollment preference until the end of May
each year. After that time, new applicants will be taken and when a class is filled, a waiting list
will be determined by using the date of application.
Note: Students who are under suspension or who have been expelled from another school
will not be eligible for enrollment at AOCA. Students must be in good standing with the
school from which they are transferring.
